4x t48 24" build.

Just started my 4x 24" t48 build. is the 24" outside deminsion or inside?
T39 / OT12 Bass rig
2 T-48
4 DR250, 6 T-48 in the works

Depends on how wide you decide to make the internal panels. 23" panels yield a 24" wide box. Best use of 4x8 plywood will give you interior panels just shy of 24", which would make a 25" box.

The difference between 24 and 25 is going to make no audible difference.

I would make the width that best matches your pack space. The wider the better. I'm a bit anal in that I like the subs to be the same width as the tops even though I would never use them like that. Just looks better in pictures!
