Midrange Driver and Tweeter Attachment

#1 Post by katu_lp »

Hello there!
regarding the Omni12, what's best for attaching the midrange driver and the tweeter to the wood, do i use the same criteria as for the BP102? thanks

Wood screws would be sufficient, but I always prefer t nuts where possible.
Builds:
T-39
DR 280
Wedgehorn 8
Omni 12
SLA
TAT
TLAH experimental

Locate the midrange on it's horn, predrill the screw holes, install screws using a star-shaped torqueing pattern.

Same goes for the tweets.

I searched my recent plan for securement of the mid and tweet but couldn't find, so I understand your puzzlement.
