Nice video there Donny. It definitely shows how crisp the melded array is even at a distance. Nice and clear video as well, kudos.

Thanks man! I really wish I'd put the RTA in the video too, but it really doesn't matter much. My ears are happy now and it throws like hell, bass and all, on such little power. I also thought maybe I should have vplated too...I may do another one with that, or one inside with some loading. That's where they really, really shine. It will likely be a while, but I'm really looking forward to adding two more Tubas. I've got a local party here on July 2, so I should get some video of that.

The dimensions of the slim T30s together makes for a nice form factor with the OT12. Which is nice considering aesthetics can trump sound for some clients..

I imagine yours are impressed even before power ; )

That is true. Bringing is a large rig can freak people out sometimes.

Nice video. I had two of my OT12's along with 2 T39's set up outdoors at a wedding this past weekend. Didn't get time or a chance to run a video but the sound was great. Have a few more outdoors this summer, will have to try to get some video up.

Excellent video Donny, I really enjoyed it. Thank you for taking time to put it together.
If I had that large a space I would love to v-plate those little T30's near the back door, somewhere around the center of the back of your home. You could keep the OT12's wherever you want them (in the vicinity) and with your DCX just delay them a bit. Talk about a party space!
Again, rockin' video. I think it will be helpful to others.

You have the T30's hooked up to one channel? Was the voltmeter reading the output going to both of them in parallel?

That was Amp Channel 1 to T-30 to T30 for a four ohm load. Each channel is rated 600 watts @ 4 ohms, so it should put out 48 volts, it seems like it goes much higher though.
Thanks!

Yeah...I'm looking forward to more for sure! Two more Tubas first, then two more tops.

Nice Video Donny, sweet looking rig to, very portable looking. Just a question on the input volts versus dB's. From what I saw you were hovering around 100dB @ 25 to 30 volts? I've got a very slight grasp of sensitivity and output... x 2, x 10 and so on. Have you fed it more juice toward the published recomended maximum? If so, do you think you would squeeze an extra 3 dB out of it?
Cheers mate
