Hole Saw

Hey,

Would a hole saw be best to cut the hole for a top hat on an OT12, going through the bottom and the lower throat reflector?

Yes. To keep it on line easier use a longer electrician's 1/4" bit instead of the short 1/4" bit that the saw comes with.
