Used Peavey IPR 1600 for $199. Shipping is somewhere around $15.
I don't know if many (any?) guys on here have used the IPRs yet, but a 7 pound amp for $199 is pretty dang attractive to me. Great for a setup of a couple T24s and a couple OT12s on one amp. I believe this has the built in HPF/LPF @ 100Hz... but I'm no expert on these amps.

And again you lucky bastards in the US get things way cheaper than we do
I paid EUR 250 for a demo-ed IPR with rack rash.
It does indeed have switches for highpass/fullrange/lowpass, fixed frequency. I don't know what slope, it is a LR type cross over.

That's why I posted the phone number. You can't order used gear off the website, anyway. Always call their pro audio department to get something shipped/held/paid for.sine143 wrote:is this still available? I cant find it anywhere on GCs website.
It's still online, but that doesn't mean it's still there.

You're welcome to move here, provided you go through insane hoop jumping, novels worth of paperwork, and outrageous fees to immigrate.AntonZ wrote:And again you lucky bastards in the US get things way cheaper than we do![]()

Or go the easy route and marry an American girl. Or guy in some states, if that's your thing.

Thanks for the welcome
I'd not be happy with the guy thing, and someone else in the house wouldn't be happy with me doing the American girl thing either
Hoop jumping makes good exercise, but I don't like big stacks of paperwork and prefer to spend money on audio gear rather than immigration fees, even though it's more expensive on this side of the pond.
