Has anyone tried the Goldwood GT-400cd piezo tweet? It's suppose to be the 1142 copy. Are the internals different from the 1016/1025? Can they really handle more power, play lower and still be arrayed?
In the past, I have killed CTS 1016/1025's with 3 drivers in series x 5 sets parallel on a RMX2450 channel. Am I simply not using enough parallel sets to get the spl up? I'm running out of space...

You can't couple them closely enough together for an array. I have some, but really have never put them through their paces. Once I got them and saw the physical size I pretty much dismissed them. I think you'd be better off using asd1001's, since you have to use the diffraction horn anyway.
I also have never built one of the horns, so it might work.

If it's too loud, you're even older than me! Like me.
