I can't find any info on this amp. I found one for $100, rip-off or deal? Seems like it can provide decent wattage, and it's quiet, but it's older so I'm not sure how that affects performance if at all.
My usage for an amp this quiet would be for studio monitors-

Re: Fender SPA-7500
here ya go
download the spa3000 and the 7500 is also listed inside with specs.
Good amps but probably under one of the worst marketing attempts by Fender to date!
I have 1 of the old SPL1200s and its worked flawlessly since 1988.

Re: Fender SPA-7500
So I picked it up Thursday, I've put it through it's paces since then- I have to say it's dead quiet and quite powerful. I'm surprised at the documented specs, it's very equal to the Crown xls402d that I just ordered. I think I'm going to replace the fans in the Crown and see how quiet that will get for handling mild home theater sub duty. At any rate, I'm very pleased with the Fender-

Re: Fender SPA-7500
If you replace the fans in the crown make absolutely sure you match the CFM of the fan. Too little and it overheats and too much and it creates a bottle neck and still overheats!

The crown got here yesterday. How should I gauge the CFM of the stock fans? Pop them out and hope I see a model number to look up?
