I'm going to use Duratex and would like to know what to use as primer.
Primer is not necessary with DuraTex. Once the PL has fully cured (about 7 days) You can cut the excess away with a sharp chisel.
RENDOG wrote:Also, what sandpaper do I use (grit)?
40-60 grit is perfect. Gives the DuraTex something to "bite" into.
My suggestion: Dilute your 1st coat of DuraTex 3:1 (IOW 3/4 cup Duratex to 1/4 cup water. Distilled water is best, no contaminants. Mix well and apply as base coat only. Works with spraying or rolling.

Be careful with those chipped out areas around the t-nuts on your access hole. They could make it difficult to get an air-tight seal.

Looks like he's got it covered between the epoxy holding the t-nut in (should be airtight at the base/flange) and the weatherstripping is on the inside of the nuts.

The access panel is airtight as far as I can see and hear.
It's silent and I did the air hose test and found no leaks. One time, i didn't tighten a couple of bolts tight enough and I immediately heard air coming out. Once those were tightened, it was silent again.
I'm definitely building another one but i'm still on the fence about which table saw to purchase.
I've had recommendations for somewhat highend ones ($500) but i've also been told that a cheaper one ($200) with a strong fence will be fine considering I used only a circular saw with this first Titan.
My issues were not with the long first cuts (39" sides etc..) because I used a homemade jig

My problem was the angle cuts and how long some really simple cuts took me.
Any recommendations or advice? Anyone have a $200 table saw that performs pretty well?

Thanks Bill. Leland messaged me and recommended a bisenmeyer fence. Which one are you using?

Nice. I'd never seen that one. May have to reequip the antique delta.
