Here's a few more pictures with the reducers installed and another picture of the third driver fit test. To keep the bolts driven in by finger pressure alone I had to drill out the bolt holes in the driver frame twice. They fit the very first time when the baffle was cut and installed, but they were a little too snug. The second time tested the fit was yesterday and the bolts wouldn't move at all with just finger pressure. Drilling out the frame was eezy peezy and the bolts are in beautifully now. I'll have flat washers, then lock washers (not pictured) with the bolts. The third picture is the "Three Little Birds" (hard to tell if it's three or four) that recently hatched in the shop. Mommy bird flies around the work area to feed her babies. I sure hope they can fly out of here with no trouble.

Looks nice Don. I bet most of us have also had a shop mascot or 3, I know I have.

We get these burrowing wasps that are not nice shop friends. I would think wasps trump the birdies and just about anything else..Time for aerosol and a lighter :chainsaw:

Don you are in for a treat, you will be just a little shorter than my stack of 24" T30's. THey are amazing as a quad setup stacked and v plated.
I bet you can't wait!! You will be all :hyper: when you hear them all together.

Flanges installed. Sides go on in the morning, then finish up the access panel, sanding, painting, loading on Saturday. Woohoo!

When I'm in the shop (or front porch for the first builds) working on boxes, I swear it's like I've stepped onto another planet...another really good planet. What a great thing to have something to enjoy this much.

Yes loved my four, wished I'd never sold them, and they only had 10" drivers. Workshops are another planet, planet pleasure. :hyper:

Bondo went on last night and will be sanded again tonight but I may not be able to get paint on in time for the large outdoors event I've got on tomorrow. The bugs will probably be bad this evening and may not make for a great painting environment. So if no paint, I'm going to toss a sheet over the V-plate stack to hold me over. :fingers:
