Panel 10 is in... easy one... but i'm not going to make braces tonight... i'll do it tomorrow night! Officially ran out of PL tube #1....

One brace in last night, the other today. Looking good. I'm getting closer now.... Today should be panel 11 and 12.

Panel 13 is in. I figured out that i'm short the wood for the final 2 braces. Haha, so close, within inches. Well, I'm going to build the T18 next anyway, so some extra ply won't hurt anybody.

I need some advice from you guys... where to put the jack/binding posts. Where i'm putting this thing, if they are on the access panel, it's going to be played with by my son. I was thinking lower corner panel, and out the back bottom. That requires 3 holes in panels. Where did you guys do your jacks and do you have any pictures / ideas? Also, which binding posts did you use?

Panel 14 is in....I need more BB before I move on. i'll pick it up after work tomorrow. Should be good. Mouth braces and cross brace hopefully tomorrow night...

I used a speakon connector on the access panel. In retrospect putting it in the mouth would have been cleaner, but eh.

Speakons are disconnectable by little fingers but there's no way to short them out or do any harm without a LOT of effort!

I thought about a speakon, I ended up ordering some PE plates, with gasket. Should be fine, just not sure where to put them yet. Lower corner, on the side, using the corner brace would be really nice, but i'm not sure it's necessary.

Ok, got some more baltic (2 x 5x5 sheets). Hopefully enough left over from what I borrowed tonight to make a T18. Cut the braces, they fit like a glove. Best ones yet. Push in they squared up side panel, no problem. Cut slits in them for the cross brace. Lined up great. Gluing one in tonight and the next in tomorrow with cross brace.

Ok, the mouth braces are done. Looking good... Everything fits as expected, and i'm 1/16th square top to bottom on the mouth. Other side fits well.
