My V-plated T39s walked around some on a slick cement dance floor. Not bad, but had to re-position during breaks.

Nothing some anti-skid pads can't fix...

I am running 25in Lab12 loaded cabs. Maybe the extra weight of my cabs keep them from moving?

Could be, but it probably has more to do with how slick the floor is that they are on....putting rubber feet on the side would fix it.

V plates painted both sides now. So they are ready...

Did I mention I didn't use larger T nuts in the plates themselves?

Instead, I over drilled the holes I made through the V plate and cab with a 1/2" drill (in the V plate only).
Then cut 1/2" long pieces of 1/2" copper pipe. A little epoxy on the pipe pieces, hammered into the V plate. Nice firm fit, they're going nowhere...

Well, time to update this thread!

I've had the ply ($15AU per sheet, 8 x 4, Radiata/Arauco) for a while for more cabs.
Got 4 more BP102 drivers some time ago.
Got bundles of PL.
Pretty much all the hardware.

Then, last week, up pops on Aussie e-bay a pair of 3012lf's, unused in opened boxes.
$450AU BIN + postage. I'm assuming they were brought in, as that's less for the pair than RRP for one if buying locally.
What the heck, let's see what the fuss is about lol...

Today, began cutting up, for a build of 2 x 28" wide cabs.
2 sides, 2 x panel's 1, 2, 3, 4, anchors, 9, 11.

Since my last builds, scored a new in box Triton MK3 table saw compliments of my father (He also gave me the router table attachment, also new in box). I bought the matching saw.
Using the MK3 when I could, and my trusty hand held circular saw, all cuts to date in three hours.
That's not a record speed by any means, I had to trim and square the sheets as I went.

There's a few things I'm going to try in this build;
1. A complete panel seven. 2 cut already. If I had thought more about this (I'd already cut the anchors) I could have cut out the access panel section and had stock for the anchors.
2. Complete access panel flanges as one piece.
3. Make a handle jig.
4. Attach the driver with screws. Will add the screw retention blocks which aren't in my older plans.

Probably go angled back on the bottom of the cab too

Otherwise the build will be exactly the same as my other 4 cabs.

I'm not posting pics of the entire process. It's already well enough documented in this thread already.

Will post up pics of the variances, and the finished cabs though.

Oh, and the cabs will need to be finished with Duratex. Will see if it comes up much the same as the others with the same roller I used before.

Why? I'm finding my 4 x 20" BP loaded cabs are thumping, but about 3dB down from my Beta10a loaded DR250's. I'm finding my DR250's are getting harsh pushing up to unity on the master faders.
So, it's time to add more of those to, but that's another thread :D

The fever can pop up at anytime.

Enjoy the build.

I also have stacks of wood and stacks of drivers 'waiting'.

I've been slack in updating this thread.

The cabs have been built, other than access panels, for a couple of months now.
Still in the process of painting, attaching corners, wheels, speakons etc.

Drivers are broken in.
I didn't end up doing a complete panel 7 or access panel flange. Reading the plans, I had to check that the driver would fit with a temporary install of the top access panel flange before attaching it permanently. I now know I could have done what I intended.

I went with 3 braces for the width of the cab for all braces except the 4-6 brace.
This not only keeps brace spacing similar to my older cabs, but positively ensures lack of panel flex...

Updated with fresh pics, removed image hosting with Photobucket wherever possible.
Just realised I never got around to pics of the 28" wide cabs, will fix that sometime...
