They look pretty, but from a performance standpoint what matters is minimizing the frame space between the individual horn mouths. One may drill new holes to aid in their mounting.

Also, you may try alternating the position of your piezo's. So the three screws on the back element do not interfere with the neighbouring element. And you can get them even closer together. Like so:

When I did the arrays for my DR250s, I glued each side up, then cut the 45s as full units.
I found the angle would match up better if I did it that way.

Actually, that's her hand next to the can of paint. I tried to include her on some aspects of the build. Painting, however, did not seem to be one of her favorite things. Learn somethin' every day

I get the same sort of thing when trying to repair something at the kitchen table, LOL
