They look pretty, but from a performance standpoint what matters is minimizing the frame space between the individual horn mouths. One may drill new holes to aid in their mounting.

Ahh, I see. I'll have to shim down my jig a tad :) thanks

Also, you may try alternating the position of your piezo's. So the three screws on the back element do not interfere with the neighbouring element. And you can get them even closer together. Like so:

When I did the arrays for my DR250s, I glued each side up, then cut the 45s as full units.

I found the angle would match up better if I did it that way.

Shimmed up my cute little tweeter jig:

Then recut to the narrower height:

Then clamped a saw sled up to the kitchen counter top and began to glue up tweeters in pairs before 45 degree cuts:

Actually, that's her hand next to the can of paint. I tried to include her on some aspects of the build. Painting, however, did not seem to be one of her favorite things. Learn somethin' every day :)
