Thanks guys. Next time, I will use BB for the spacer instead of the plywood.
I need a sander (i don't have one at all). What do you recommend?

if its just for that chip, then a block of wood wrapped in sandpaper! the rest of your build looks great.

If you're building more cabs after this then get a Random Orbital Sander.
Be very careful though. When you take the sander off the work, the disk will spin faster and faster. Resist temptation to place the disk on the work again whilst it's spinning so fast otherwise you'll create hollows lickety split.

Thank you guys.....thanks for the tip Radian.
This is an example of one of the ways I do a cut. I use the ruler as a guide for the circular saw (like a panel jig).

It looks to me like the angle of the bottom panel of the speaker chamber is wrong. I noticed this when I went to put the braces in and they seemed to be off (too small).
I double checked the measurement of the braces and they were correct. I have a strong feeling I made a mistake somewhere in the speaker chamber assembly.
I'm pretty sure the "tunnels" should gradually get larger from the origin of the speaker. From the picture, you can see that mine go from thin, to wide, and then back to thin again.
I need some advice. Thanks.
By the way, the last panel on the right is not glued in (I placed it there to show the size of the third "tunnel").

You must have. It won't bother response all that much, but you'll have to figure out all the brace sizes by dead reckoning.

Parallel: 2 "+" together and 2 "-" together.

The NL4 Neutrik connectors have 4 posts. 1+ and 1- and then 2+ and 2-.
I will be using two Neutrik connectors on one cabinet for the purpose of daisy chaining. The subwoofer is a single coil model 3012lf Eminence.
How do I wire it?
