Yep,thats a gap :noob: I don't know how my template ended up with a gap in it but its cool,no one will be in my bedroom but me and my wife (unless she has a boyfriend :evil: ).

Very nice. I have the parts for a couple SLA's and a T18 that I need to carve some time out for. I'll be happy to have mine look half as good!

Just take your time and keep in mind that u r gonna stain the end result and for that reason i used brad nails instead of screws,the wood filler isnt so apparent when covering up brad nail holes.

Sorry for not responding,i never seen your question.I used some 3" closeouts from madisound,i'm thinking about building another one using just 6 drivers in a 7.2 configuration.

The wood is 1/2" Baltic Birch,i forgot which stain i used.
