Are you taking into consideration the length vs. mouth though? The subs seem to have a much longer path than the mains do, though the mouth on the mains is enormous. The TB 6.5 mouth is about the size of your hand in handshake position. That's not to say that one can't use a 6.5 inch driver in a horn and have it give a good result. But it will have to be a very large horn. IMO smaller than an eight doesn't work well enough to bother with the complexity of a horn build.
