The thinner the coats the faster it is.
SO if you have small nicks and small grooves it should take a day. But let dry completely before priming.

Bondo cures in like 15 minutes. I wouldn't want to wait a day. I think I will stick with Bondo.

I didn't read that off the tube, that it took all day. It's what I would recommend.
The stuff drys as soon as 5 min..DEPENDING on the thickness applied.
Thats what I meant, for all day. spot puddy is a drivertive of bondo.

Gotcha. I will give it a try on my next build. I like the thought of not having to mix. I see it comes in a small 4.5 oz size. That would be enough to try it out before buying the larger size.

x8 on the Bondo. It's cheap, Cures quickly, doesn't shrink, easily sandable and durable. Just make sure you use apply it in a well ventilated area and sand with a respirator
