That's my plan when I get to that step. How many passes do you have to make with a 1/8" wide bit when cutting thru 1/2" thick ply?

I wind up with 3~4 passes on 1/2" BB when cutting baffle holes.
My biggest worry is that when I'm dead and gone, my wife will sell my toys for what I said I paid for them.

Me too. Usually 3 with baltic, 2 with Auraco or A/C

Thanks to all the tips here, the DR circles came out fine.

Here's one more jig I came up with to hold all the throat parts in place during assembly.

DR brace cutting jig. The jury is still out on this one. I snapped a router bit on the second cut and haven't gotten to the store yet for a replacement.

Hey DaveK, your pic links aren't working for me. You got an updated link? I would like to see this picture again.

Looks like Google dumped the frappr.com service where the images were hosted. I'll dig up the original pics tonight and upload them.

Stale image links replaced. See the first post in the thread.

(The page will load slowly. I edited the first post in the thread to remove the stale links, but the page still loads slow because 2 responses reference the non-existent domain so the browser has to wait for the DNS query to time out. Perhaps one of the moderators can fix those responses, but I can't.)
