Looking good so far. The lite builds can be tricky but very fun and gratifying to build.

Build delay. Getting ready for the first outdoor gig of the season, complete with rain delay.
A mishap with the build. When installing one of the bent horn flairs the temp brace holding the flair at the speaker moved. So I have a gap. Debating whether to try an patch the gap or cut the whole one side flair out, clean it up and redo?????

Next box I'm going to screw the brace in place. Still have 3 more chances to get it right lol.

Woodworking and metalworking can be as simple as working with clay... patch or redo will work and look the same once it's all filled, sanded, and painted. If I think it's gonna bug me, just knowing it's not "perfect", I'd cut it out and redo. If I'm not being anal about it, I'd patch it up and move on to the next thing. Which direction you choose is completely up to you. You'll get zero build judgement from me if you just patch it. If you were a professional authorized builder and building them for a client, I'd 100% expect it to get redone "right". Either is an equally valid option for a personal build.
Looking forward to learning which direction you choose. (popcorn)

Ouch.
I'm quite sure that you'll get it right. (thumbs up)

I'm thinking patch and move on. Like I said this is cab 1 to make my mistakes. Ill just push it to the back and no one will notice,,,, except me on course. Its been sitting idle for too long now and I have to move ahead. big annual party coming up July 5 so these will be sidelined again. OH WELL.
