Thank you all! I have been sick this weekend, but had a bit of energy today so I got some sanding done. Nothing to take pitchers of. Next step is to get paint in the ports and such before attaching the melded array mounts. Should hopefully get that done tomorrow, then to continue painting the rest of the boxes in advance of the Duratex.

Getting close! :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

Thanks Seth! Many of those solder joints are ugly, mostly because my soldering iron tip was disintegrating as I was going. Portasol quality has dropped. :(

Got the crossovers built. They ain't pretty, but they'll never be seen.

What kind of glue did y'all use to attach the diffusers to the melded arrays?

How did y'all route/disguise the wires for the tweeters back to the crossover inside the cab?

A routed channel

And then black hotglue, or a cover.

Damn Keryn! That's some sexiness right there!

And @Bruce, I wasn't planning to add grills to these. Perhaps I'll just deal with the fact that a tiny wire might, maybe, be visible from certain angles.

The end is nigh!

One more coat of Duratex and then I can assemble everything. I got the crossovers tested and mounted to the rear panels (you can see them on the floor).
