Ha, the thought crossed my mind... Now that I've built one, I think I could knock out a second one in less than half the time. I plan to take it over this weekend, so will be sure and report back how it sounds.

Update:
I dropped the truck tuba off at a friend's house the other evening so he could test it out since my Excursion isn't ready. He just messaged me...
First, the good news: it's to big to fit anywhere other than on the back seat of his F150, so no worry about losing it...
The better news: Sounds great. Coming from a true audiophile, I'm excited. In his words, makes his pair of JL subs sound "like Sesame Street" and takes very little power to push it, sounds really good at low volume too. I can't wait to hear it.

Yep, that's the one. Just watched the video. I knew it wouldn't be anywhere near what Boss says the output is,. but I figure a hundred honest watts into the 4ohm MCM in my truck tuba should be more than enough. I like that he says it's super reliable, so we shall see. Got until Jan to return it if it can't cut it.

Too bad the FTC doesn't keep the industry honest. 1100 watts with a 14v supply is 78 amperes, and that's at 100% efficiency. That much draw on a continuous basis could toast your alternator.
