So the opening will be upright with the cabinet side that is not sealed towards the wall. That will work perfectly....
Yes, I am keen to know if there is an option to seal it or not but Ill purchase the plans and check it out, I am guessing if it seals up with it placed on the floor then you could potentially seal it.
