Got as far along as spraying a coat of sealer. Critical error though, I put the ducts peices too close together so the duct is now smaller than is should be. Can making the duct cover a bit smaller compensate? I went with 1 3/4 instead of 2", I'm using a basslite.

I don't follow. The ducts extend from horn sheath to horn sheath.

Page 20 duct extension brackets, 5"x 1 1/2" I have them tucked under the baffle instead of butted up to it. I am also using the 1/2" throughout that area, that should all be 1/4 to stay with places where the substitution would matter. You can see in the picture they are not all the same size, and in the first picture you can see them from the front. I realized the error when I realized the 8 1/2" x 1 or 2" duct extension only needed to be 8" long.

The width of the duct paths doesn't matter.

Thanks for the kind words, I still stick my tongue out when I glue just like every one else. I hope there is something useful in the pictures, happy to answer questions. I'll be needing help with plenty of setup stuff, enjoying the room eq conversation on ACUA thread.
Bill, thanks for the clarification and the plans, these have been enjoyable projects.

Not too much to show, made the whole thing shinier with lacquer. Next time I think I'd prefinish the panels prior to assembly. Cool old delta tool for making circles. Simple pin with an adjustable thing in the track. Pretty easy to set the size.

Waiting on parts for the Jack, when I made my t39 last year I cut parts for a second, this seemed a good time to glue them together.

Got the driver today, basslite. Yeah I stacked em up in my living room just to look cool, then did my best Back to the Future impression.
So far pretty impressed, excited to get the tweeter array going. Plugged a guitar and bass in at the local music store, he makes tube amps so powered by one of his 20w amps. Filled the store and rattled the windows, the sound seemed to be every where.

Not sure if this is the driver from the Jack 12 or the 10 in from the T 39, picture on the wood stove is where the SLA was sitting, looks like I have some new speakers to build once I have a place to put them again, there were four guitars that I had made in the house and all the bfm speakers were there

Sending all my good juju your direction buddy.
For those that may not be aware, there are a lot of wild fires in California this year.
