i will use the eq on the darkglass omega ultra, and also the HPF in the poweramp to remove the very very low end.
I wasn't familiar with that unit - looks nice. It has an xlr balanced output. You can go straight to the power amp and forego the mixer - just set the volume with the knobs on the amp.
I'm guessing that the 1502 amp is more than enough power to drive the cabs.....and it's a few pound lighter than the 2502.

What represent exactly the 4,8,16 ohm title under each tweeter crossovers?
I have to choose the middle one for the tweeter and woofer that i use (which are 8ohm each) ? or does it refer to the cabinet total impedence with the used wiring setup?
Or... since i will wire the 2 tweeters in parallel that makes 4 ohm so i must use the left diagram for the crossover for the tweeters? then same concept for the woofers?

Since you are wiring the tweets in parallel, and, if they are 8 ohms each, the total load becomes 4 ohms...for the tweets. The same applies for the woofers (in your case), 4 ohms again total load.

hehe ok yeah you get the idea now, i will be able to switch from cab impulses with that pedal and shape very well the eq distortion or clean. I would just hope they make it with pots instead of sliders, i hate sliders loll

That crown amp will run just fine at 2 ohm like that with 1 x 2ohm cab on each side of that amp, if it's not over heated because of an obstructed fan or something, they will handle a couple hours just fine ?
At 2 ohm each side it will be just perfect with 2 x 212 like this

So, i guess this is good now:
Edit: besides the second speakon connector, it's useless since it's already at 2 ohm but maybe if i wire it at 8ohm later...

So this is the cross over parts for the 212 as i can see, but is it the parts for 112 or 212? I have to buy 2 of them on this page right?

Ok, I see where you are confused now.
2 x 8 ohm drivers in parallel is a 4 ohm load. 2 x 8 ohm tweeters are a 4 ohm load. But, those two paired together in a cab with a crossover does NOT make a 2 ohm load. Because the drivers and the tweeters do not operate in the same frequency range (due to the crossover), you don't calculate the total load by considering both. Only the low frequency drivers.
The setup you are describing is a 4 ohm cab, not 2 ohm.
So, with a 2 cab setup running one per side on the amp - the load will be 4 ohms per side.

The amp sees a 4 ohm load below the cross over frequency, for the woofers. And again, the amp sees a 4 ohm load above the crossover frequency. That makes it a 4 ohm cab even though there are 8 drivers in it.
The picture looks fine, and the parts selection is correct.
It looks like it is the correct part. Order one kit per cab.
That is the correct PL Premium.

Super exciting first picture lol
Top, bottom and sides panels.
I'm ordering stuff this weekend, don't want to cut wrong sizes holes for the handles etc hehehe

So i build many synths modules (smd and truhole) for fun and i'm kinda used to digikey mouser etc to find products components but this time just that first 12uf minimum 100v bipolar elect cap is giving me troubles as none of them seem to stock it. So yeah i might just get the kit from their site like you say, 1 kit per cabinet but is it a good fair price? They aren't boosting the price for profit or something right? I thought simple coils and caps would be way cheaper than that... I might be completely off... Please enlight me!

Also in the build document for 212 simplexx it says bipolar/non-polar elect caps at 10% tolerance aprox, i bet that is covered by the kit at speakerhardware but will also the coil be a DCR less than 0.2 ohm for my 4ohm setup? They all considered that, where everyone build that 212 all in parallel like the last diagram i posted in this thread?
Just the shipping of 30usd for 2 of theses crossover kits is what i was expecting to pay for the components haha

Everything on the Speakerhardware site is legit, priced right, and of the right specs. The owner is a forum member, even once was a moderator(until his business got real busy with us forum members).
Another site that is more local is
https://qcomponents.ca/ (Waterloo, Ontario)
With a little digging you can get all the components that you need.
