Thanks Chris!
Mother Nature decided to flip the extreme weather (at least for my area). Got super cold & snowed a couple inches. The cold made the PL set extremely slow and I didn't have a portable heater to warm up the garage. Progress was slow today, but in the end, I got the mouth braces in and both side panels for both speakers on. Praying to the speaker gods that there are no leaks.
Like last time, things weren't square with the side panel (not sure how everyone does it other than constantly building and not waiting years between builds), so there will be some shaving, sanding, and fudging going on. Supposed to use them tomorrow night for a private gig, but we'll see what happens in the morning. Flanges, access panels, mount the jacks & drivers, leak test, route the edges, and paint are about all that's left. Might just throw the flat black paint on and call it good for the party. No one there will care except me.

Well, it's nice to step back and realize that all you have left to do is paint! Flanges installed and leak tested. Found a few spots and fixed. I went a little over-board with screws on the access panels but oh well. Better to be air tight than not...
Routed the edges and did some sanding.
Fired them up with the access panels on and an OTop and naturally was shaking the entire garage. I think there was more noise from stuff rattling than anything else. Vibrated some stuff off some of the shelfs, so that's always a good sign.
Going to slap on some paint and see how far the duratex I have will go. Might have to wait a bit on the "final" coat if I have to order more as my $$$ is limited at the moment.
Here's the progress:

Painted with two coats of flat black. Didn't get the chance to duratex them with what I have left of it, due to the cold weather slowing the drying time.

Thanks Padde! The show went well with the 2 T30's at 28 inches at the 2 Otops. The barn configuration was a bit odd but found a decent spot & let them rip.
Forgot to take some photos but everyone enjoyed the sound from the feedback. Cannot wait to have all four going at once!

The only thing more satisfying than watching grass grow is watching duratex dry on your new T30's.

Wow! I didn't catch until I checked back how the gravel and camera perspective made the first pic look for the T30 on the left. I swear it's not that squirrelly.

Back to the door frame photo, I measure the widest part of it (not taking out the space the door took up and it was about 29". The door takes up about 2" or so, dropping the space to maneuver down to 27". The T30 at 21" then leaves 6" of clearance. I don't know if I'd be able to get my 28" T30's through it.

Yup. That's why I took the photo.
Put the corners on them and now the only thing left to do is make sure they play well with their 28" older brothers.

Can't wait to stack them all together and v-plate to make a nice bass cave...
Thanks again everyone for all the info, help, and support.
Cheers,
Chris

Got them all together in the storage spot but haven't had a chance to fire them all up due to there being a business about the spot. Don't want to upset the wrong people. Can't wait to actually test all four.
Didn't catch that the corner's were smaller than the ones for the 28" boxes, will have to pick up some matching ones.

- Different corners...

In the v-plate configuration but didn't put the plate on. Still have to drill the holes for that and potentially make another plate. How often do others spread them wide versus stacking? I know it's always good to have options but is doing another plate worth the wood? I'll have to double check the plans if it can be built out of non-baltic birch.
