Its really not THAT spendy... only like 1.5 times the price of normal black paint.

I rolled it on without thinning.

For some reason in mi mind even paint is spendy,

Last time my wife made me paint the house it was sad to see the cash I needed to spend on that.

well.. tbh I'm in the same boat... but somethings gotta go on there... and if I compare it to what I would spend on flat black... it makes me feel less

True, unless, you paint it with cheap .99 black spray can paint

Fill it up/rebuild the thickness with succesive applications of bondo if you think that will suffice, or add a nice thin piece of ply and PL it on, let it set, and re trim...

Bondo should work after fiting it in its not to bad, my only concern with bondo is what ive read about duratex. Thanks for your quick reply grant!

an 1/8" is not bad when you are cutting the horn to fit inside the cabinet box.
When you install the horn inside the box put a large bead of PL on that side.

+1, especially if you use some temporary screws to hold the horn in place with the gap halved to either edge.

Thank you, I was really mad at my self for making this stupid mistake, this takes some stress out of my life.
I was sure that I would find a solution here on the forum.

Hello guys,
I have a quick question ive read the plans several times but im not sure if im just missing it or it does not have it in there, i need the steps to break the speakers, i was wondering if there is a tread already about it or a link that can walk me on how to break them.
