It would be helpful if I really knew what I was doing... I have built a half dozen very complex RC model airplanes 80+" with hundreds of custom cut parts however, a razor saw, superglue and pin down blueprints with a complete list of wood, screws, covering, hinges and all hardware are much simpler than this type of construction. Homedepot has KILLED our local lumber yards and hardware stores. The small stores just keep getting smaller till they go out of business and HD has really pretty basic hardware from what I can find and asking for help is a 3 ring circus, generally I just use "whatever will work". Getting the right hardware is probably the hardest part of this build at least for me.
Thanks Leland, your source has been pretty much it for the right parts that I can tell.

Hmmmmm........ page 10 install throat reflectors. Page 11-12 install driver spacer etc. Page 12 mark holes for mounting driver.
I want hurricane nuts in the driver mount holes.... 4 holes can not reached.
Argh!
Install the throat reflectors AFTER mounting the driver
Guess I will use 4 hurricane and 4 wood screws or rip out the throat reflectors which don't sound fun/easy or really worth it.

Which driver are you using? If its the light drivers like deltalite or the kappalite you're just fine by using the screws provided in the kits from Leland
No need for hurricane nuts..

Thanks Michael, I am using the 3012HO..... so.... 4 of the 8 are gonna be wood screws. I did order enough screws to do this so no harm just a little "dumb me" that I didn't see my error sooner. If it isn't in the plans and I missed it, it might be worth adding in an update to the plans to include as a side note that _if_ you are using hurricane nuts for your driver you need to do so before you install the throat reflectors (I would do so and then install the reflectors.).
Lookin good so far probably leak test and hear sound out of it by the end of Sunday!
