Last panel installed, went heavy on the liquid nails 8)
all the pilot holes hit close to their mark which was good.
painted the interior black, not sure what I will
finish the cab with yet. This beast is reasonably heavy
but still very manageable with two people.

Nice work. Now get it hooked up and get testing it to make sure you're 100% leak free. Once that's confirmed, annoy the neighbours... :chainsaw:

hmm, might have to get you to turn it up next time there's a big westerly blowing accross the desert.

How heavy is it? Can imagine it'd be funny to try and balance on the bathroom scales.

Tested for leaks and found none.
Working nicely so far, hits noticeably much lower
than my previous 12" ported, requires hardly any
power for normal listening and is much smoother, running off a vintage akai amp that
does about 40watts max per channel. Some things to work on are it seems
to be very strong at around 50Hz, would be good to flatten this out and get more
emphasis at ~30hz. Also getting some sort of distortions below 25hz that cause this
range to sound higher than a 30hz tone though I found this was reduced by placing
the driver access side to the floor.

Yes, although there is no access panel, you still need to have the open driver area 1.5" to 2" from the wall or floor. I will keep it in check.

I went to the doctor, I told him my arm hurts when I do that. He said "Don't do that!"

TT is a 30Hz cab.

Just a quick question,
My TTLS is very strong in the 36-50hz range and a bit overpowering,
30hz-36hz is there but quite a difference in volume.
Any ideas on how I could smooth the response out?

EQ. No need to spend a fortune. Perfectly good old units go for peanuts as everyone goes to digital processors.
BAT10, Bad Auto Tuba. Reverse folded TAT to fit JBL 1014D, 350W driver, voltage limit unknown.

Finally finished off the TTLS with some black exterior house paint, not the best finish but turned out ok. Hidden away nicely in the corner of my room. Love how this thing sounds, just blends in so well with music. Definitely time for an LCR upgrade next when i get enough $$ :D

I gueeeeessssss the TTLS overruns the current setup a touch?

When it's time, make some TLAHs and a centre SLA. Order some extra drivers for surrounds. Then you'll be the envy of some friends.
