So how did this work out? What did you end up building? I feel like I read a novel here and the last chapter is missing!

I'm still plugging away, I have pix and vidz to upload still.
The output is exactly what I am after and my son recently worked on a project at the guys house who started all this and my son assures me we have the output to cover the Diamond Boxx with no problem.
