Just use one of the buying houses listed above. But keep in mind that Leland's US only restriction only applies to Eminence, for everything else you can go direct to him.

You could craft a cab that would hold and "use" all the components. It would be more as you would actually have to have something that could work even if it sounded like poo.

Keep in mind that the reason why Leland got a call from Eminence is that the guys who love the prices they command via their monopolies ratted him out, and aren't above placing an order for a 'finished cab' to protect their obscene profit margins. So don't ask Leland to risk his business, use a buying house.

Leland can't rat THEM out for profiteering?? You'd a thunk Eminence would get antsy at that too. Grrr.

All that the profiteering accomplishes is for people to find cheaper alternatives, which results in lost sales for Eminence, so it's not a happy situation for them either. But they're locked into their contracts. I'm sure if you came up with the $50,000 or so that it would take for an initial order w/Eminence that they'd work something out, though.
