You should probably change the axis of one of the inductors that are close together. Prevents interaction between them.

That's true if you have the different passband sections either on the same board or otherwise close together, but if you separate each section by six inches or more it's not a concern.

Can you tell me where you got all of your parts for the crossover you made for this Omni15 Tall boy?
