Speaking of phase. Its interesting to note that the Galaxy audio Cricket does not really work on melded arrays.
It thinks they are in phase when they are not. It does work on straight arrays. Unfortunately it only senses 0 and 180,
so those 90 degree shifts are in a blind spot. Just in case Anyone else has one.
