Fitting the horn sheath.

I found that when the main 1/4" horn sheath was being clamped to the assembly the vertical braces had a tendency to flex a little as I was pulling the ply into place. This was overcome by simply putting an offcut (cut to size) between the horn sheath braces so that when I fitted the sheath the brace could no longer flex. Once the glue has cured the scrap brace can be knocked out by hand as it is only a push fit.
