All I need is for them to fit on an array of AT's, and allow them to be stackable.
I was wondering if anyone else had used these and are they any good?

I guess it would work but there is no dimensions or much info about them on the site.

Reasonably priced, good quality stuff, and good service all the times I used them.

They seem to do the stackable corners, nice. The only problem is that I cannot order from them - it keeps trying to take me to a reseller than says there aren't any near me. Do I have to make an account or anything like that?

Not sure if they've changed their setup - it's been about a year since I last ordered from them. I usually order by phone though, so maybe that's the difference.

I'll try ringing them and see if they can help - thanks.

Pretty sure you have to have an account with them to order components direct. I have had one for about 10 years now from when I started making flightcases (just found out last weekend that one of my first cases is still on tour with Chubbby Brown !)
I just phone up to place an order. Nice people to deal with and very quick to ship items (as long as they are in stock...)

Haha, it must be a good case to last that long! I've managed to do some more googleing, and I found a few DJ type stores selling them...
Basically, use google.co.uk, and get it to search thru UK only sites. :
I'll order some from thomann as I need some Beta 8's anyway for some DR200's.
Also, how hard is it to make your own flight cases? I quite like DIY, and am tempted to try making some for my 1210's and mixer. Is it simply a case of making a box and a lid, then bolting on all the extrusion, corners, handles, etc.?

Not hard... I have a friend who just completed a case for his Mackie 24 chl.
He has made several in the past for other boards. Some were made to allow the mixer to stay in the case, in operation and ONLY the top was removed for hook up and operation.
Made from 3/4 plywood and foam lined, and vinyl covered with aluminum extrusion along all edges. Heavy but durable.
3/4 INCH PLY for a Mixer case! WOW! that will be one heavy mother! Not even the touring Midas desks have 3/4 inch cases! Its bad enough when the desk weighs quarter of a tonne, never mind the flight case.
-1 for thought terminating cliches.
Built and/or own:
8 x T48 24" 3015LF
6 x DR280
2 x DR250 old style beta10
2 x T36s 20" delta15L
1 x TAT
1 x dual Lab12 30" T60
I'll verify and correct if I'm wrong on the 3/4. But I can attest it is heavy.
( those plastic cases are so light and unfortunately - expensive )
* Correction it is 5/8" PLY - The owner reckons he could have made it out of 1/2 - as the aluminum edging strengthened significantly.
It has a suitcase handle - But in reality, 2 guys ( over 50 ) tote it in.

Built a case out of 1/2" Auroco with 1x1" reinforced corners all around and two 1" strips of 1/2" ply on edge across the long dimension of the bottom. Angled the cut for the lid and lined it all with 1" and 2" Polystyrene to protect the board. Built a plate with castors that ratchet straps to the bottom side when it's all closed up. It's a 32 channel Soundcraft Spirit 8 board and everything to buy custom was in the $800+ range for a leave-in case model. Materials came out just under $200.
Still would like to do some HD edge protection on it, but it's holding up just fine without. Mostly it'd stop the ratchet straps from rounding the edges but I should route them anyway so that's no biggie.
