Today I prepared the throat fillers for my 290s.
I made them from this very dense, closed cell, white plastic foam (?).
I used a big 'hot knife' tool I had from my model airplane days, simply attaching it in different positions for each stage of the cut.
What I did find out (after already preparing 6 'dishes' for the 6 filler pairs…) is that I could actually cut 3 fillers out of each dish easily.
This may be worth while for those who plan on cutting larger quantities of fillers.
