Buying a house instead of T30 plans IS a very bad decision.

It might be possible to build a house out of multiple T30s, though, so maybe you can have both.

That would put a new twist to the (Phil Specter) Wall Of Sound production concept...
There is no technical problem however complex, that cannot be solved or finessed by a direct application of brute strength and ignorance.
