There's a thing of beauty. If you know, you know. The first time a mit goes in there to position the cab, it's impossible to go back to the floppy, metal roadcase type.
I'll be gluing some 5/8" oak quarter round on the backside of them too, for the finishing touch. No one will ever see the work, but their hands will thank them.
Onwards to filling holes, building the access panels, and final sanding. Been also researching Etsy for that honeycomb-looking grill work that's all the rave now. Will see if I can get any of that for the project.

Great looking build. But, those 48s are monsters...even the slim ones. Glad I get the low end I need from my 39s.
