IS ANYONE EXPERIMENTING WITH PUTTING EPOXY ON THEIR SUBWOOFER CONES TO INCREASE STIFFNESS AND LOWER FS FOR HORN DESIGNS? THANK YOU!

Don't. Just use a driver with the correct specs. Lowering Fs in a horn is not only unnecessary, it can be detrimental.
