Some time ago i built 2 Tuba 36 And built them 36"x36"x36" And had a couple of Eminence Magnum 15LF since then i have got rid of the speakers for these cabs And am wondering if i can throw in a couple of Dayton RSS390 HF-4 with the bolt holes lining up just makes it easier.

They'll work, but not ideally, as they're spec'd for home theater, not pro-sound. Better options are the GRS 15PT-8, PRV 15W1000v2, Eminence Delta 15LF-4, Lavoce WXF15.400, PRV 15W1600, Dayton 15LF500-8, PRV 15SW2000-4, Eminence 3015LF.
