Hi!
In the T60 plans, I read the following:
“The Eminence LAB 15 driver is used in a 27 inch wide cab. This driver/cab combination is as good as it gets, so there’s no benefit in going any wider”
Why is that exactly?
I was under the impression that wider/bigger is better... Making them 30 inches wide for instance just adds bulk but no benefit?

If you go too wide the throat is too large for optimal loading.
