Fantastic sub, this thing really makes movies fun to watch. I will be building a second to help smooth the response in the room. I'll be posting a follow up thread in the HT section (when I get some more free time) to make sure I'm not going to destroy the driver. I'd like this thing to last a while. Thanks for making these plans available Bill. I tried embedding the photos but gave up, it's already late and I'm ready for bed.
My setup is as follows.
AVR: Pioneer VSX 831
Main Speakers L/R: HT8's
Driver in sub: Dayton DCS 255-4
Amp for sub: SMSL SA98e paired with a MINI DSP 2x4 with the steepest high pass available in the software at around 30hz
