If anyone is located in Dallas and needs Baltic Birch, I found a location for it:

They have Birch in their warehouse but it is Chinese. Just tell them you want Baltic Birch and they will put in an order at a wholesaler for you to pick up in Will Call at the wholesaler's location which is about a mile or mile and a half away. I bought two 5 X 5 sheets today for $33 per sheet. The wholesaler also has an Arauco(Radiata Pine) type of plywood. I didn't look at it though.

Just called them 30 seconds ago and they quoted me 5x5 is $35 and change. It is a custom order, however the supplier is only 1/2 a mile away so you pay Ivey and drive over and pick up your trees. Just thought I'd update while I was searching around.
