Thanks all for the testing and validation.

I'll move it live next weekend. There is a Tapatalk plugin for the new release but it's in Beta, so I'll keep an eye on it until releasing.

Downtime should be less than 2 hours but the server will completely disappear for some time but don't worry, your BFM 'fix' will merely be delayed. :fingers:

Any idea if the new site is one of those that "resists" re-sizing of fonts on mobile devices? On my Note 4, even with the font cranked up to max, I still have to zoom in and pull left, pull right to be able to read it.

It will support tapatalk, so it would be best to use that.

Chris, after logging in over there i noticed that sections with unread threads no longer have a different color. On smallish screens it's a little hard to tell by just the changed icon. Is this fixable?

I'll have a look to see if the text colour can be changed in the style sheet.

Right folks, I'm going to move the site tomorrow morning (GMT), so the folks to the East will see the site disappear for a while and the folks to the West will wake up to a new site.

There may be some password weirdness depending on how each browser has cached your password, but don't worry, I can't remember mine either......

Right!

We've moved - complete nightmare but we got here.

There are a few things that need updating and the config resetting but I'm going to leave them to settle and do them later.

Things to do:

- Reestablish the icons for the groups
- Update splchart to add all the latest models etc
- Change the highlighting of unread topics/messages to red or equivalent

Hey Chris,

Clicking on the banner no longer takes you to the webpage......it just brings up the forum home page.

Thought you'd like to know.
