Can anyone reccomend a source for metal corners for the 1/2" stock we all use for these cabs?
Thus far I've been using plastic stacking corners that I have to cut down on the front so that they look OK but I'd like to find metal corners for better protection. Perhaps I'm not searching correctly but most corners are made for 3/4" stock and a 1/2" radius.

The standard corner radius is 3/8", and that creates no issues with 1/2" plywood.CBIERN wrote:Perhaps I'm not searching correctly but most corners are made for 3/4" stock and a 1/2" radius.

I have a metal corner that works well on 1/2 ply. With a 3/8 radius it will bend just a bit to fit. With careful installation you can't tell.
