Cabinet suggestions
Hello...hope all is well. I'm looking for a design to accommodate a 18" Cerwin Vega EL36B woofer. Looking for a compact cabinet that can pass for a bench...planning on building two that will sit side by side. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Re: Cabinet suggestions
Steve,
Normally a request for a cab for X driver needs links so that TS parameters and SPL charts can be perused for suitability.
I couldn't readily find either TS specs or an SPL chart.
There is only one cab designed by Bill to take 18" drivers. The simplexx 18.
If you want clean punchy loud bass, there's a heap of designs that are horn loaded and use 10"s, 12"s or 15"s and you could sell your 18" in part to fund a build...

Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...
