Now I see what you mean caddylackn. I had my horses close and then far apart for different clamp strategies. It didn't seem bad while working but now in the picture I can see the sag. It actually made that corner glue funny. Hopefully I can pull it out with panel 6, anyway panel 4 going in:

I decided to glue the access cover flanges on early.
In retrospect, I should have put the hurricane nuts in before assembly.
However, it is my intention to put the cover in with the business card spacer trick learned here in the forums and then match drill my holes.

Panel 6 was a bit hard to clamp, because of my rookie mistake #3 and having panel 1 too short.
It all seems to have fit up fine though in my dry test clamp:

I decided to turn my assembly on it's side so I could access clamps better.
Panel 6 was a little warped so a nice straight edge forced it into shape.

I cheated and put the ribs in to help space it and give the straight edge something to work with.
I didn't notch my ribs since I'm using that driver spacer. I hope that cone surround half roll isn't 1" high!
It doesn't hit with my current driver, so worst comes to worst, I build another cab right?

Panel 6 turned out nice and straight, the ribs being in helps clamp better.

Since 6 went in so nice with the ribs as spacers, I cut the ribs for panels 5 to 7, marked their locations and glued them on to panel 7 before assembly.
Now I'm able to put my laminated straight edge on the middle and clamp it decent and force it straight and square.

Seems so much easier now, i'm sure it's just the practice, 7th time's a charm.

Panel 8 going in, I rushed and didn't paint it yet.
Since I've been touching them up after the PL dries, I'll hit it after I take the clamps off.

Panel 2-8 ribs are in there again to help hold, although you can't see them in the pitch black.
This method seems to work well.

While panel 8 is curing, I'm gluing panel 8-9 ribs on panel 9.
I've dry fit and marked positions, and shaved them down to the correct angles.
I just used my tape measure to get them evenly spaced.
Then I clamp them with that laminate across the top to keep them from wiggling too much.
I also have a stop across the back to hold the front to back distance.
With the taper, and too much clamp force, they squeeze right out the back on the PL ooze.

Panel 11 was uneventful as well, and on the right side, you can just barely make out panel 10.
For 10 I wedged the bottom and put my laminated straight edge and a clamp to squeeze it in.

Long clamp across the top just to hold in place, again with 7-11 ribs pre-assembled

Spreader and a clamp again to hold ribs in place.
I also seemed to have introduced some warp by clamping my verticals too much.
Or another optical delusion, as it seemed OK when i put square on it.
I didn't notice it in shop, but after reviewing pictures here, who knows.

Panel 12 with a pipe clamp and wedge.
Panel 13 and a lot of clamps. No ribs pre-assembled this time.

I need to work on that corner jig / wax paper setup for THT#2.
Twelve clamps to keep it lined up seems a bit much.

View into the throat, hard to check square here, my square won't fit unless I angle it, which defeats the purpose.

Panel 14 wedge and pipe clamp method.
And I have the mouth ribs mocked up to test fit.
Still debating my finish, I want stain/poly, the dilemma is how to do it and not get PL everywhere.
The small scrap on right was cut to match width and notches of front horizontal brace and use as a jig.

I used a spreader to hold size and a clamp to lock it down.

I'm planning on MinWax Mahogany Red (#225 i think), and then I was going to shoot for Nitro poly or something I saw mentioned on another thread. I love deep reds with high gloss. It will be an end table eventually. I put 4 t-nuts in the corners to screw in legs and lay on side, and I'm gluing up 4 stubby feet to hold it far enough off ground to get air and wires to amp / access panel. I'm surprised nobody jumped on me for them being in the pictures early on, but then again, not many have peeked in here and replied.
