Looking at the two possible scenarios. . .If the first driver opens before it shorts, the second driver would be preserved. If, however, it shorts before it opens, the second driver could also be damaged.

Usual rules apply I assume:
In T48: QTS is ONLY JUST too high, everything else in spec (so OK, I'd assume)
In T60: FS is a bit too high; VAS is a little too low; QTS is way too high = bad! (probably)
Notice that there a lot of assumptions here (and we all know about her offspring!)
