I think someone is seriously in love with that sheet PVC.
Did we ever see pics of the weatherproof OT15s you were building?

Definitely NOT!miked wrote:I think someone is seriously in love with that sheet PVC.
Not the 100% completed version. (which they aren't yet) I needed to know how long to build the 18's so I could plan out my time line. The Otops are ready for the drivers, sanding and painting. I'm getting everything up to the paint stage so I can do it all in one session since this plastic paint MUST be sprayed outdoors. Acetone is the main ingredient and the lungs have some sort of aversion to that . .miked wrote:Did we ever see pics of the weatherproof OT15s you were building?

I'd imagine the Simplex subs will be an easy build....way easier than an OTop for sure. And I know you won't mind that, either.
Are the Simplex subs also for the football stadium where the tops are going? Just curious. I'd imagine the same critter-proofing steps will apply for the ports on the subs...especially since they'll probably be on the ground.
