Looking at page 9 paragraph 1, both the word screw and bolt is used. So I should have used screws instead of bolts. My mistake. I will correct this soon.
You should have mounted hurricane or tnuts in the baffle from the horn side and then put bolts through the driver mounting holes from the back.. How are going to tighten your bolts when you close up the horn throat with the last side?

I like the hurricane or tnut solution. Not being familiar with those items that conclusion didn't come to my mind, so thanks for the suggestion. That was truly helpful.

As for how would I tighten the speaker to the baffle as it is now? The bolts are going to be tightened with a lock washer and nut on each bolt. The bolt also has a lock washer on the opposite side of the baffle.

I anticipate changing this though to use a hurricane or tnut solution so I can drive the bolt down from the top and make installation much less of a stressful event.
