I much prefer metal grills.

I possibly have some spare black grills that you could have for postage cost with identical hole pattern to the ones on my DR280:-

Let me know what size you are after and I will check (I had a few oversized grills sent in error on some previous builds). They would need cutting down to size but would look fantastic in my opinion..
Postage would be about £10 (or you could call and pick them up if you fancy a trip out to Chorley near Preston)

I used these guys.

They were mildly curious about my application but were very helpful indeed. This stuff works out costly here in the UK to be honest but I'll get three, possibly four O10 sized strips out of a Metre.

Since the woofer isn't directly exposed and the midhorn throat is small and deeply recessed you can use just about any type screen in an O15.
